Much of this section was work done for the apartment properties managed by Nolan Real Estate.

The Presidio Apartments: Lease office

June 2008. Bryan, TX
I did this prior to the work with the drive-in theatre. I hand built the arched doors, including the hardware, and installed them on site.

Providence in the Park Apartments: Lease office

August 2007 -February 2008.. Arlington, TX
I was alternating working on this lease office and the Giovanna in Plano as the budget permitted and decision changes were made. The first row of images show the place before I refinished it. It didn't look bad before but the owners wanted something dramatically different. I collaborated with an interior designer on this project that picked out the color pallette.

Chez Moi Apartments: Lease Office

December 2008- February 2007. Austin, TX
This was the first job I did for Nolan Real Estate. This job was not as fabrication intensive as some of the others, however there were a few cabinets I built for the Bistro room as well as a few entry-way doors that I constructed.. The majority of the work was faux finishing and mural painting. What appears to be bricks and masonry are just painted on the walls. The ceiling in the kitchen is made of individual wooden planks.

The Clear Lake Pediatric Clinic: Waiting Room

July-August 2006. Clear Lake City, TX
The client wanted a nautical themed mural. I finished the inner walls to appear like the sides of a ship with portholes and the surrounding walls are views of various ocean creatures. I mounted a real aluminum fishing boat complete with engine to the ceiling to heighten the underwater feeling. There is also a small tugboat for kids to play on. More pictures of it can be found under the tugboat section.

The mural with the celebrity characters was completed over the course of about 2 months. The mural with all of the cartoon characters was done about a year later.
